Our Terms and Conditions 


Here are our non-nonsense terms and conditions:


Registrations for classes can be cancelled with full refund up till one month before the first training day. We do not refund training fees after that day, but you are welcome to send somebody else in your place. If so, please inform us the name and email address of the new participant as soon as you know so we can provide this person with the required information.

If you are on a pay-as-you-go schedule for one of our programs, the installments will automatically be charged your credit card as indicated by the payment plan presented to you upon registration. During the program you can cancel your participation for the remaining program before the next scheduled payment is due. From the first training day in the program and beyond, you cannot send somebody else in your place and we do not refund already made payments.


We rarely cancel trainings, but we reserve the right to do so in the event that there are not enough participants for the teaching to provide value for the participants in terms of learning. We will inform you no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled first training day and you will then get the choice of a full refund or attending an alternative class of ours.


We at Attitude Partnership have extensive experiences in facilitating online trainings by use of virtual class rooms and break out rooms. Our virtual trainings are engaging and you still will do exercises, have group discussions and interact with the trainer for maximum outcome.


All prices are in EURO (EUR) and including VAT.


Right after purchase you will receive a confirmation by mail. In case you do not receive this confirmation, check your spam folder. If still missing, please contact us by mail and we will ensure you get the mail in an alternative way.
